"We had a wonderful dinner at Saffron. The service and food were excellent. It wasn’t very crowded for a Saturday evening which surprised me. We had the Butter Chicken and the Sag Chicken. "Truly, I was hesitant to try because of location however I was thoroughly impressed! We went for lunch when it first opened, it’s a stand alone building with hole in the wall vibes. Which I knew it was going to be good lol The flavors and spices were fantastic, even the spicy level was great! As someone who loves LOVES LOVES Indian food, I was worried it was going to be bland or not spicy but definitely the opposite! We ordered the vegetable samosas, chicken tikki, butter chicken, garlic cheese naan and rosemary garlic naan. Everything was so delicious. 10/10 WILL definitely come again! I come to steam boat annually at minimum so I’m so happy to have such an authentic Indian restaurant in steamboat. It’s one of my favorite cuisines."

"We had the best experience here! To start staff were friendly and fun to my 7 and 9 year old right off the bat. Our waitress always had a smile on her face. Then the food was amazing. My husband had the lamb Korma and he said it was the best one he had ever had. I had the palak paneer which had a great flavor and texture. My boys had cheese naan and rice which they also raved about. My youngest really loved the decorative lanterns overhead. He thought they were the coolest! We will definitely come here again next time we are in Steamboat."
