"They rotate their menu of food and drinks curated from a different part of the world twice a year. Have eaten here a dozen or so times and loved every menu. Right now is a Nordic menu and was delicious! This is our favorite place in steamboat. Highly recommend and make sure to make a reservation!"

"Elegant rustic restaurant at a golf club just outside of Steamboat Springs. With a seasonal menu that changes, we enjoyed the Cowboy menu including Elk tenderloin, beef short ribs, ribeye steak, and duck breast. While meat heavy, there was one seafood option and one vegetarian option. Desserts including bread pudding and cheesecake were excellent. We had a private room for a party of eight with excellent if somewhat leisurely service. Perfect for our evening celebration. It was nice not to feel rushed."

"Periodic Table was a great stop on our trip. The menu was exciting and the food was delicious. We hit the end of happy hour which was great for appetizers and cocktails. Frank was very attentive and helped with meal selection. Everything we had was fantastic but the elk was probably the star. They have a kids’ menu for little ones which I don’t believe is shown on the website. Dessert was amazing! We had the pear tart and almond cake. Definitely recommend for dinner."
